Florida Lighthouse Day 2012

Join the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum in celebrating Florida Lighthouse Day 2012.

April 21, 2012 is Florida Lighthouse Day, a time to honor the Sunshine State’s maritime heritage sentinels. Head on down to the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum to partake in tons of family fun which include: Lighthouse Keeper activities, Civil War displays and characters, music, storytelling and much more.

Kids and adults with a craving for sweets will be happy to know that Bessie’s Sweet Shop will be open on Florida Lighthouse Day. For this day only, visitors and locals will receive two-for-one admission. Children are more than welcome but must be at least four feet tall to climb to the top of the lighthouse.
